super kawaii ^_^!!

Bright colours in the city of Tokyo!! This looks like a place where young people probably hangout. Obviously the majority of people are comfortable with being creative. There is a woman dressed as a baby lolita holding onto a stuffed animal frog that happens to be green. She is also carring a green umbrella and a bag. Her socks are knee high and neon pink. Her hair is extremely bright with a mixture of all sorts of colours. She looks really relaxed, like she's placing her weight onto the small umbrella.

The woman to her left is also dressed as a baby lolita. She's wearing a bow and a ballerina skirt. She has on less colour, but still stands out because of her outfit. Her socks are knee high as well, with lace at the end of it. She is also carrying a bag that looks trendy. For some reason she seems to be more tense than the other girl. Her hand is clinched to the bag as if she was unaware that she was about to take a photo.

Both are standing on an earth tone maze like surface. The buildings in the background show that they are not in a rural area. There is also just one tree in the picture which shows to me the industrial like enviroment. There does not appear to be many tourist in the photo, so this is probably a spot where the locals hangout.
